At Houma Terrebonne Housing Authority, we provide safe, decent housing for eligible low income individuals and provide self-suffiency and economic independence.
Services that we offer:
We offer affordable housing, and limited transportation for shopping and other needs, free commodities, free bus passes for low income individuals, and Head Start Program for ages, 3-5 yrs. of age.

Elegibility:
Elegibility is based on 30% of your gross annual salary. Must meet the requirements when the Criminal Background Checks are done.

Security:
Houma Terrebonne Housing authority has "state of the art" security monitors. We are also equipped with an updated fire alarm system.

COA:
Our Housing Authority has an in-house COA, that offer extra assistance to all residents. COA has planned activities, monthly birthday parties, and holiday celebrations!

Resident Council:
Both Senator Circle and Bayou Towers have Resident Council members. The Bayou Towers Resident Council Members are: Joan Sevin, President; Peter Ruffin, Vice President; Olivia Anderson, Treasurer; Hedy Rojas, Secretary; Mary Rodrique, Alternate.
